just for today

Simon is a Barbadian artist who has been open about his experience with addiction, treatment, and the ongoing work of recovery. What began as a deeply personal album grew into Just for Today — a documentary that tells his story through music, reflection, and the people who helped him find his way back.

The project isn’t just about what was created — it’s about why it was created. It’s about using art to process pain, and sharing that process in case it helps someone else.

Watch the documentary for free to get a glimpse into the journey.

Today we celebrate 4 years clean and sober.

I am immensely grateful, and wanted to share this gift with you. Meditation has become a consistent part of my life in recovery. I'm not particularly good at being still, but when i am playing guitar, it's one of the few times where my mind tends to slow down and i can access a few moments of peace.

I hope you enjoy this playlist and join me in pausing and reconnecting.

Much love always
